"I could not believe the tortuous statement given by the CPS yesterday. Justice must be seen to be done. There can be no genuine belief that the public interest is best served by saying that no attempt will be made to see if a charge would stick. The CPS do support prosecutions for far less significant activities. How can a loss of life be so downgraded. It should not be for the family to look to pay privately to get some form of justice in the civil courts. Indeed to have to do so would be obscene."
